  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days (expedited processing + priority shipping).

3. Order Processing Time

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2 PM (UTC+8) will be processed the same day; after 2 PM, they will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping Eligibility:
    • Automatically applied to orders over $50 (before taxes).
    • Not valid for express shipping or remote area surcharges.
  • Surcharges:
    • Remote areas: Additional $5–$15 fee (displayed at checkout).
    • Heavy packages (over 5kg): Calculated based on courier rates.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Orders: Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

7. Delivery Issues & Solutions

7.1 Lost Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will:
