Hearing Aid 2Pin Bone Conductor Receiver Bone Conduction Vibrator

Hearing aids of the type with bone conductor are intended for people who are unable to wear conventional hearing aids, or who have conductive hearing loss.

Like conventional air-conduction hearing aids, aids of this type amplify sounds. However, unlike traditional hearing aids, the amplified sound is passed not into your ear canal but instead, by vibration, through the bones in your skull.

These vibrations are transmitted directly to the cochlea – completely by passing the outer ear and middle ear.
Generally, hearing through the bones is not as efficient as hearing through air conduction – so conventional air-conduction hearing aids are recommended wherever possible.
