Eligibility Criteria
- Timeframe: You can request an exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate the process, contact our customer support team at [support email address] or through our online contact form.
- Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached, original packaging intact, and any included accessories and documentation. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering may not be eligible for exchange.
- Exceptions: Certain personalized or custom-made products, as well as items marked as “Final Sale,” are not eligible for exchange. These will be clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.
How to Exchange
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team within the 30-day window to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the product details.
- Return the Item: Once you receive the RMA number, carefully pack the product and include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team, using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
- Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your exchange as soon as possible. If the replacement product is in stock, we aim to ship it within 1 – 3 business days. If the item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide options, such as a different product or a refund.
Refunds for Exchanges
In some cases, if the replacement product you want is of a different value, we will adjust the payment accordingly. If the new product is of lower value, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. If it’s of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference through our secure payment gateway.
International Exchanges
For international orders, please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply during the exchange process. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by SoundLink Official Store.
